Please explain what your greatest strength is, as well as your greatest weakness

My greates strength are the abilities and skillset i have. As a young virtual assistant, people often look up to me for being so keen, meticulously organized, and knowledgeable about many things especially in terms of work. This has been my greatest asset for so long working in different fields. But that strength did not just spark naturally out of me. I do upskilling , i make myself open to new learnings , i explore, i stay curious, i am a fast learner, i learn to know the pain points of every aspect or situation i enter and i believe these personalities are things i can consider as personal strengths. Moreoever, because i am very meticulous , i often strive for perfection in my work which leads me to spend more time than necessary on tasks to ensure they are not just well-done but perfect . I do consider this as my weakness because aside from it making my progress slow , i often only get validation from my outputs and the responses of who will receive the service i have done. If i receive a bad comment, it affects me hollistically. While attention to details is valuable, i am continously working on balancing it with efficiency to optimize productivity and at the same time i am learning to take criticisms constructively.

Please provide an instance of when you provided exceptional customer service

During my tenure at a bank as a customer support tier 2, I encountered a situation where a customer came in frustrated about unauthorized transactions on their credit card. Understanding the urgency, i quickly apolized for what happened and reassured the customer she has zero dollar liability for fraud charges and her security is our top priority. I guided her through the process of freezing her account to prevent further losses. I then initiated an immediate investigation into the transactions while at the same time keeping the customer informed of every step. I proactively provided security measures to prevent similar incidents to happen such as card and account number replacement as well as fraud alert authorization set/up. I resolved the issue on the very same call and the credit was provided right away. I also provided extra service through submitting a letter to the credit reporting agencies that there has been a fraud and the credit score change should be disputed right away. The customer was satisfied and expressed deep gratitude after the call , i received a commendation for exceeding her expectations. This experience reinforced my dedication to providing excetional customer service by prioritizing their concerns, taking swift actions, and ensuring a positive outcome despite the initial issue.
