I believe my greatest weakness is also my greatest strength as it is perfectionism. While it can sometimes lead to overthinking, it also drives me to deliver high-quality work and pay attention to detail. It pushes me to constantly strive for excellence and ensures that I never settle for anything less.
Please provide an instance of when you provided exceptional customer service
I believe that putting myself on the customers’ shoes or at least understanding their perspective is the key to providing exceptional customer service. There was this one time when a frustrated customer called in about their delayed shipment. These are frozen goods so the customer was also really worried about the quality of their order. I investigated what caused the delayed and mentioned to them that their order came with dry ice so they can stay frozen. I also assured them that I will keep them updated, offered alternatives and ensured compensation for the inconvenience. By active listening and empathizing, their frustration turned into appreciation, leaving them satisfied with our service despite the delay.
